90 Ball Bingo

This version of bingo is the one most common in land based bingo halls. Quite simply it involves eliminating all the numbers. You can usually win at three different points of this game, by being first to get one horizontal line, the first to get two horizontal lines, and then finally 'house' when the player finally completes all the numbers on the card.

In most of the popular online bingo games, the numbers will be marked off automatically by the computer, so you can play a number of bingo cards at once. This makes the game very exciting. Each bingo card tends to hold three rows of 5 numbers, with 15 in total.

 

75 Ball Bingo

This version of the game usually involves the player completing a pattern on the bingo card. This can vary, from letters- to love hearts or other choices such as numbers. There are also games where you have to complete all the numbers on the card like the more traditional 90 ball bingo. Once the first person completes the pattern on their card, they are the winner. 75 ball bingo usually uses a 5 x 5 card with 25 numbers in total. Sometimes the centre square is marked free. Again an automated computer will mark the numbers for you as you continue your quest for bingo glory

80 Ball Bingo

80 ball bingo is similar to 90 ball bingo. There is also a version of 80 ball bingo with a shutterboard. This usually has 4 rows of 4 columns and the most common way to win the jackpot for this game is marking off all four corners of the card.
